This home is warm and inviting.There is plenty of space for a mini retreat with our quilting group.The 2 bedrooms the ground floor are great for those who can’t climb stairs.The owner answered my questions within minutes.The setting in the mountains is pristine and the weather was perfect.We can’t wait to get back!!!

Kim is so welcoming and checks in a regular intervals to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. Additionally, the house is incredible, even better than the photos. There are so many options for a large group for sleeping arrangements. We had a group of 12 as a scout troop. The girls loved the bunk rooms, and the adults had their own private rooms. The 5 bathrooms were such a luxury too. Plenty of seating for eating and hanging out. The basement was a wonderful option for the kids to have boisterous noise without overwhelming the house. Overall the trip was seamless and wonderful. If you have a chance to explore the property, it's huge and beautiful too. We plan on coming back when there is snow to x-country ski at Rim Nordic (which is only 15 mins away). However even without snow, there is a local tubing place - snowdrift tubing park- that is so awesome. They make snow and they are super friendly. The kids had a great time tubing- only 10-15 mins away from the house and we found a fantastic hike 15 mins away in the San Bernardino National Forest. This house is in a great location with all the amenities you would need to be comfortable. You can't go wrong choosing this house. Thank you Kim for a memorable and wonderful weekend.

We stayed here with in-laws, a total of 9 of us, and there was more than enough space to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing, we kept finding new areas each time we went out. The basement was awesome for the older kids to hangout. We hope to make this a tradition.

House was great. Very roomy and upkeep is top notch. Hosts were awesome and answered questions quickly!
