This was one of our favorite vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. We came to town for a baseball tournament with our family, and after long days of games, there was nothing better than coming back to a clean, comfortable, welcoming house.Choe-Kelly was an exceptional host. She checked on us throughout our stay, was quick to respond to questions, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. That level of hospitality is rare and made a huge difference.The house was exactly what our family needed, and we created so many wonderful memories during our stay. We are leaving with full hearts and lots of gratitude. Thank you, Choe-Kelly, for being such a fantastic host!

Family of five here ! We had an absolutely fantastic time ! Choe the property owner was amazing ! Check in was super smooth and the information provided before we arrived made everything so much easier . We had rain the first couple of days and the owner checked in on us several times and even mentioned a few things we could do while it was raining. You could tell she showed genuine concern and just wanted my family to have the best experience possible . The house was great with all the amenities you will need for a great vacation ! The pool and hot tub were nice and it was just a short walk all to the beach each day, super easy. I highly recommend this place ! We will for sure be back!

Excellent location. Traveling with older teenagers who wanted some independence, this home was perfect. It is in a gated community right across from the beach. There is a walking path that parallels the ocean which made for wonderful morning walks. There are two grocery stores close by.... Publix and Whole Foods. Destin Commons is an open shopping mall which includes a movie theatre. The teenagers enjoyed walking there during our stay. Overall, the location felt very safe. The house was comfortable for two adults and 2 older teenagers. There are 3 rooms with 3 baths so everyone had their own space. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had all the needed utensils. I appreciated the gas stove since that is what I am used to cooking on. There were basic supplies included.... dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, papertowels, some spices in the cabinet, toilet paper. In 2 of the bathrooms, there was bath soap and shampoo provided. So nice since one of the teenagers forgot to pack those items! The pool was awesome on those hot afternoons. The hostess was easy to communicate with. She provided the needed check-in information the morning of our expected arrival. She checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. Thank-you for the arrival gift of cookies... they did not last long! Overall, our experience with this home was great and I highly recommend it for a Destin vacation.

This was the best property we have ever stayed at. The pictures don't do the property justice. It was much larger than the pictures portrayed. The home was extremely clean and very luxurious, and the master bed was very comfortable. When we arrived we had fresh flowers, cookies, and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The back yard is wonderful and private with ample seating and beautiful plants and fountains. The location is close to everything (Publix, restaurants, shopping). She provides a fully stocked kitchen with spices, utensils, and even coffee. Kelly (the owner) provides more essentials than any other home we have stayed in-which includes soap, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo/bath soap, skin cream, etc. The neighborhood is very upscale with beautiful well maintained landscaping. There is a nicely equipped gym, pool, tennis and paddleball courts, and whirlpool for the residents and guests. The property is situated about a 3 minute walk directly across from the public beach access. Also a cool restaurant the Crab Trap is right there also. You can walk a short distance and have meals and drinks right at their beach bar. Kelly was wonderful, such a thoughtful kind person. She is very responsive and always available. We were so fortunate to meet her and we will definitely be coming back. This was one of those vacations where we hated to have to leave, but plan on coming back to her beautiful home.
