About this cottage rental
The Emerald cottage is a charming, fully renovated 1950s beach cottage one block to the beach! Hear ocean waves from the master bedroom w/ a queen bed, en-suite bath & claw foot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck or gather together in the open living area. There’s a hall bath & guest bedroom with desk area too! Unique & cozy, this cottage has it all with modern amenities, family fun, bikes a fire-pit, hot tub, a 3 minute walk to the beach access at the end of both streets on either side of the cottage! It’s pet friendly & close to city center!
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with an outdoor shower as well, to clean off after the fun beach days! The master bedroom en suite has a queen bed with clawfoot tub, water closet, pedestal sink and closet. The hall bath is next to the guest bedroom that has a double bed with a closet and a desk area to work from home. Call bathhouse a tile shower, toilet and sink. The stackable washer and dryer are in the hallway next to the bathroom for your convenience while staying in the cottage. The cottage is fully renovated with all new appliances. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room for those cozy movie nights together. Private backyard with outdoor seating for your morning coffee or grill dinner on the deck, and a hot tub for relaxing and the firepit for fun cozy nights! And with tons of beach gear for all the beach days and bikes, exploring is a breeze! Public beach access is just down the block so the walk is about 3 minutes. What more could you ask for!

Like everyone else has stated about this rental, I would 100% recommend. The location for me was perfect (not at Atlantic beach and not at the Bouge pier). I find that both of those areas are much more ‘ touristy’ and that was not what I was looking for. This cottage was located right between the 2 and it was so nice and quiet and did not feel ‘touristy’ at all.

What an ideal week! This truly was a cozy cottage and a wonderful stay. Stacy was a fantastic host - friendly and accommodating! The hot tub was a hit (and the service guys were awesome and very professional). So close to the beach and dog-friendly as well. We truly can’t wait to return! Thank you!

What a lovely weekend away! Wonderful house, even more adorable in person. Clean rooms, host was a dream to communicate with, fully stocked and spotless kitchen. Five stars all around!
