This Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at TIDEWATER BEACH RESORT in Panama City Beach, Florida is right on the beach. This condo accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. It has a king bed in the room, bunks in a separate area and a queen size sofa bed in the living room area that has a great panoramic view. Tidewater is a great place if you want to just relax and enjoy the beach and its surroundings. It has 2 outdoor pools, 4 hot tubs, 1 indoor heated pool, a game room, a sauna, a restaurant, a poolside Tiki bar, a convenience store, a movie theater for those rainy days or after a whole day at the beach, a conference room and a covered parking. Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor you won't need to wait for the elevators to come and go since the parking area is just on the other side of the street and there is a walkway to it.. It is also walking distance to the PIER PARK about half a mile with over 120 restaurants and stores to chose from and if you like to fish, the FISHING PIER is half a mile away as well. Minimum age to rent 25 years old.

We loved our stay at Tidewater! The unit was clean and even nicer in person than it looked in the photos. The view was wonderful! The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive to anything we needed. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here!

This unit is really nice and the actual unit is nicer than the pictures online. The balcony was a pleasant surprise as we had a good view of the beach. The shower was great. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The two outdoor pools and hot tubs are very nice and the beach access is great. We noticed a lot of people waiting for the elevators. But we didn't have any problem since the check in and walkway are on the second floor and we could take the stairs down to the beach or pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. We have stayed 3 times at Tidewater but never on the 2nd floor. It was wonderful. It is cozy and peaceful. Olga I appreciate how fast you respond and you are so kind and gracious and willing to do whatever to make the stay great!
