This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked through the door, we could tell the owners put a great amount of thought into every detail. From the beautiful artwork on the walls to the plush and comfortable furniture, the wow factor was there. It is truly uncommon to find a beachfront home that is so well appointed. The beds were heavenly, and the linens rivaled a luxury hotel. My family especially appreciated the elevator, as 2 people in our party were recovering from injuries. Not having to lug beach equipment and groceries up stairs was a priceless amenity.Beach chairs, beach towels, EZ up canopy, corn hole boards, a cart to transport equipment to the beach, 2 BBQ grills and so much more was available to us. It was so nice not to have to pack up half the house just to go on vacation! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you think you might need to cook a meal, including spices, foil, plastic wrap and wax paper! Not to mention shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom.The owners were so helpful and kind, making sure we knew everything that was provided so that we didn’t pack anything we wouldn’t need. I highly recommend staying here, and cannot wait to book my next trip!

We had an awesome stay here with our family this past weekend. We booked the house so my grandmother could enjoy some beach time, and it really couldn’t have worked out better.The layout of the house was great with plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still feel together. The decor was really well done too, nice and beachy. The whole home stereo was an awesome addition to set a good vibe. Everything was very clean and well kept, which made it easy to settle in right away.One of the biggest things for us was accessibility. The elevator worked perfectly the entire time, which made a huge difference for my grandmother since she’s in a wheelchair. On top of that, the host went above and beyond by helping us arrange a beach-accessible wheelchair, which honestly made the trip for her.The location was super convenient as well. Quick access to Lake Jackson for anything we needed, and we were able to get HEB delivery straight to the house without any issues.Overall just a really smooth, enjoyable stay. You can tell the owners care about the experience. We’d definitely come back.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful beach house! There were 12 adults and 2 kids (1 toddler, 1 baby), and we all fit comfortably. The downstairs back patio (facing the ocean) was so nice, great place to hang out and relax. We loved the proximity to the beach, it was so easy to walk there and back. You can also drive onto the beach, which is nice if you want to haul a lot of stuff down there. The water was very nice while we were there, no seaweed (yay!) and the sand was very clean. The sound system in the house (controlled via phone app) was really nice too, made it fun and easy to listen to music throughout the whole house. Showers were great, had no problems with running out of warm water. Downstairs layout if open and perfect for socializing. We used the kitchen quite a bit (cooked 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners) and it had everything we needed. If you are a picky cook who doesn't like non-stick pots and pans, you might want to bring your own preferred stainless steel frying pan. The two fridges was a great touch, and we did use the washer/dryer a couple times. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. And the owner was so wonderful to communicate with, she was super easy to get in touch with and left very good instructions on how to arrive and get inside the house. We would definitely stay here again, thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

Our stay at this luxury waterfront beach house was nothing short of unforgettable—a perfect destination for our family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning water views, thoughtfully designed decor, and top-notch amenities.
The house was pristine and incredibly spacious, with every detail curated for comfort and relaxation. The expansive deck was undoubtedly the highlight, offering the perfect setting for morning coffees with breathtaking sunrises and evening gatherings under a starlit sky listening to the waves.
Inside, the luxurious finishes, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms made it easy to feel at home. A standout feature was the beautifully lit coral display above the kitchen cabinets, a unique touch that added to the coastal charm. The indoor elevator was a practical and welcome addition, making it effortless to transport luggage and groceries.
For outdoor enthusiasts, this home is a dream come true. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the community pier just steps away from the property. Our daughter’s first crabbing experience was a joy to witness—she even caught some impressive crabs! We even got to do some fishing off the pier. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, became our favorite spot for hours of treasure hunting for seashells and beach glass.
This beach house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with the owner was perfect. We can’t wait to return and create more cherished memories!
