The Space:
Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Raintree Villas, which is located in a very popular section of North Myrtle Beach. The unit boasts several upgrades + the Oceanview is unparalleled; so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful view!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles, you will have 2 parking passes for your stay. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 1st level so only approximately 10 stairs are required.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Filter coffee machine.
Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Cable TV.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with queen bed. Balcony access!
Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Comfortable queen bed with attached bathroom.
Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower combo attached to bedroom 2.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor saltwater pool! **Closed for winter starting October 15th**
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs in the condo for you to use.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.
The Neighborhood:
The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens on the fourth Friday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy..
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

We truly enjoyed the clean, spacious accommodations with quiet oceanfront views just steps from the beach. The check in process could not have been smoother and the host checked in via text a few times to be sure we had everything we needed. We loved our week here and highly recommend this unit. We visit Myrtle Beach every year, and we realize we should have stayed here sooner, but now we know.

Can't say enough about how great this unit is.Quiet, excellent communication and perfect setting.Kitchen was a good size, had everything for cooking all meals. Good appliances, dishwasher (got spoiled with this, never had one).2 bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage.Small screened in porch with view of ocean.Adjacent to beach access. Pool looked nice, but definitely too cold to use in winter.A week os snow and freezing temps was good. Building water froze but repaired quickly and wasn't a problem. Good communication throughout this time.This would be a perfect spring summer location on the beach.Easy access to Boulineau's, Kroger, Walmart, Petsmart without having to go out to highway. Great dining nearby.

We chose this condo for its location. We stayed for a week in December. The Host was very responsive.There were a few things to be addressed and he took care of them straight away.The place was comfortable, and airy. And right on the beach!What we didn't know was they were refurbishing the beach that week right out in front. Disappointing.The only things lacking were a hairdryer and a Keurig coffee maker.
