Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee.
Grill Reminder: If you use the grill during your stay, please remember to wipe it down after use. Otherwise it can create a safety hazard and may result in an additional cleaning fee.

One thing we did notice was that the pools was not very warm even though it was a heated pool.

This was a wonderful house in a safe, quiet and very pretty residential neighborhood. The house was lovely, with several pockets of living and dining spaces so that it felt like there was plenty of room for a half dozen unrelated friends. The beds were super comfy with superior soft sheets, and the A/C worked well keeping the house nice and cool when outside temps were over 90 degrees. We spent a lot of time by the pool. The photos make the pool area seem larger because the photos don’t show the safety fence installed around the pool. Legally it has to be there, I guess, but for 6-7 strong swimming adults, it felt like an unessesary obstacle around the pool. The house might be best suited for families rather than a group of mixed-gender friends. There are only two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom, meaning all other guests mostly only had access to a single bathroom. We were delighted to find an outdoor shower, which we had considered using to help with bathroom traffic, but it was cobwebby and buggy so no one ended up wanting to use it. The house would have been perfect with just one more bathroom, even just a powder room. There was a bit of rotting wood in one of the bedroom closets that may have let in some bugs, but the house is otherwise pristine. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely rent it again.

It is a well appointed home in an amazingly comfortable and inviting neighborhood. Everything we needed was either there or at the Publix just around the corner. I would move in tomorrow if I could.Loved it!
