About this house rental
160 Steps is a custom built, luxury 2 bedroom abode… only a few metres from beautiful Yallingup Beach. Walk just 160 steps to white sand and crystal clear waters… you may even see our local pod of dolphins.
160 Steps is at the doorstep of epic surf breaks for the adventurous as well as the shallow calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience. Yallingup is in the heart of the Margaret river wine region… only a short drive from world class wineries and restaurants.
• Second bedroom configuration options: king bed or 2 x long singles
• Tesla EV charger in secure garage
• Bosch combi oven (oven/convection microwave)
• Bosch dishwasher
• Miele coffee machine with local beans
• Full size fridge/freezer
• Laundry nook with Bosch washer and condenser dryer
• Beach and bath towels
• Weber BBQ
• Beach umbrella/picnic basket & blanket
• Outdoor deck with hammocks
• Warm outdoor shower
• Daybed & board games
• B & O speaker
• Leif body and bathroom products
• Cape Collection candles
• Local wine, granola and chocolate on arrival

This was the perfect house for our adult family group. Thanks for the use of the games, we had a laugh with the parents v kids game. The owners tips on where to hire a surfboard were spot on. Such an easy walk to the surf and dog beach. I loved the outside hose for the dog and hot outdoor shower for our surfer. Easy uphill walk to Caves house for dinner.
