The Space:

Set against rolling hills and native bushland, Valley Views welcomes you with an impressive façade featuring natural stone accents and a wide wraparound verandah. The sweeping driveway leads to ample parking, while the home’s elevated position captures panoramic views across Gunyulgup Valley.



Step inside to a light-filled living area where floor-to-ceiling windows blur the line between indoors and nature. The warm timber ceiling, rich wooden floors, and striking stone fireplace create a cosy yet sophisticated ambience. Relax into plush seating, enjoy a film on the large flatscreen TV with surround sound, or lose yourself in a good book beside the crackling fire. The contemporary kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting vibrant red splashbacks, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island with modern bar stools. Adjacent, the elegant dining area—framed by glass doors—offers a picturesque setting for meals, with stunning views of the valley and easy access to the deck.



Outdoor living is at the heart of Valley Views. The expansive verandah wraps around the home, offering multiple spaces to relax, dine, or simply soak in the scenery. The covered alfresco area is equipped with a large dining table, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen—perfect for sunset dinners with local wine. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for kids and pets to play freely.  For a touch of fun, head to the garage where a table tennis setup awaits,



The serene bedrooms exude comfort with the primary suite featuring a plush king bed and a luxurious ensuite with a deep soaking bathtub perfectly positioned to overlook the valley. The separate adults’ quarters offer privacy with a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette, and its own entertainment system, ideal for couples or extended family. The third bedroom sleeps four with two single beds and two trundles. The main bathroom is designed with style and function in mind, complete with a walk-in shower, sleek vanity, and a separate bathtub.



Additional comforts include ducted air conditioning throughout and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Please note that Telstra and internet reception can be intermittent due to the rural location of this property.



If you are bringing a pet, it is important to note that your pet cannot be left unattended at the property as a requirement of the local council.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Gunyulgup Galleries, located nearby, showcases contemporary Australian art and handcrafted pieces, perfect for those seeking local culture.



Food lovers will enjoy the fresh local produce at Lamont’s Smiths Beach, a great spot for a relaxed meal or wine tasting. For a unique experience, explore the ancient underground formations of Ngilgi Cave, just ten minutes away.



Outdoor adventurers can hike the scenic trails of the Cape to Cape Track, offering breathtaking coastal views, or explore the Canal Rocks, where dramatic rock formations meet the turquoise sea.
