About this house rental
You will enjoy the very best the region has to offer in this near new holiday home located on 3 acres in the Gunyalgup valley, surrounded by premium wineries, iconic restaurants and pristine beaches. Smith’s beach and Yallingup lagoon are 8 minutes away and it’s 15 minutes to Dunsborough town.
The space
The property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living spaces with modern furnishings, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Each room has a ceiling fan and there is reverse cycle aircon with individual settings for each bedroom and living area. There is wifi available throughout the house.
Bed 1: King bed with WIR and ensuite
Bed 2: Queen bed with shared bathroom
Bed 3: 2 x King singles with shared bathroom
Bed 4: Queen bed with ensuite and separate living area
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes
Microwave and convection ovens
Ice maker and Coffee machine
Dishwasher
Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine and dryer should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
The indoor dining area seats 8 people comfortably and the covered alfresco area, with a BBQ, provides the option to dine outside.
There is a fire pit for use during the winter months. It’s also a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunsets all year round.
We have recently added an outdoor sauna for use all year round.

The Busselton Shire Regulations do not allow excessive noise, or extra guests on the property.
This house is for family and friends’ holidays only, and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for large social gatherings. We do not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
All guests must be booked in prior to arrival.
No extra guests other than those booked in are allowed at the house.
We do not accept children under 6 years old. While we believe the house is reasonably safe for children there may be dangers that we aren't aware of.
No Pets.
