High-speed internet~ PERFECT for a FLEXCATION…Perfect for couples who are celebrating an Anniversary, Honeymoon, visiting the Ark Encounter, or just getting away... it’s also suitable for a family with kids... large yard...Large windows with lake views from all but 2 windows. 1st floor Master bedroom (Queen Bed with small en suite) has water views all around, Bedroom #2 -Open loft with 1 full/double bed and 1 twin bed (2nd floor), Bedroom #3 twin bed (2nd floor)...Fully stocked kitchen for your gourmet meals. Gas Grill & Charcoal grill provided as well as table and chairs for outdoor dining... Close proximity to the Ark Encounter In Williamstown, KY, close to Kentucky Horse Park in Georgetown, KY... Above-ground Pool with spacious deck (seasonally open Memorial Day — Labor Day), fish from dock (with license), sunbathe, listen to the rain fall on the tin roof, relax in the cozy living room by the fire, or unwind in the hot tub after a hard day of fishing and kayaking. 4 kayaks, fire pit provided (wood is not provided). SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE LAKE.

Our family of 6 had a very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The shared spaces especially outdoors were absolutely perfect. Everyone always had a comfortable seat. Loved the special touches like the sign in the main bedroom! Highly recommend as a nice getaway still within reasonable drive of the Ark and Creation museum, but with a great space to relax and make a meal. The girls loved the pool!

Book this place!!! But please don't take my spot when I come back! This will not disappoint, but rather provide a home away from home that is clean, comfortable, relaxing, inviting, and provides rest or recreation, with kayaking, fishing, swimming, hot tub, grilling, roasting hotdogs or melting s'mores over the fire. My husband and I brought three of my students from school to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Though they enjoyed those they could not wait to get back to the lake house for obvious reason stated above. Thank you for this getaway!

Good stay for a few days. Had one incident the second night we were there. Two cars pulled into the driveway later in the evening. The talked for 10 minutes or so before I went out to see what was going on. They were at the wrong house. There house was next door but owned by the same person that we rented from. The owner ended up calling to tell us that a housekeeper would be coming to the house we were in to get the key for the house next door. It was right by the hot tub so after all that we were done with the hot tub for the night. Unfortunate situation that put a bit of a damper on our stay. Other than that we were happy with the setting, house and time spent.
