Beautiful apartement with A/C, 65 square meters, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the 1st floor with lift, on the street. Beautiful view on Bastille.and the Port, from the large balcony.

kitchen opened on the living room with fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary for cooking, washer/dryer, hoover, iron and iron table.
1st bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer.

1st bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, 4K smart TV.
2nd bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed, possible to split it in 2 beds of 90 x 200cm, 4K smart TV.
2nd bathroom attached to the 2nd bedroom with shower and WC.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Electric heating. A/C.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

We stayed here for 5 nights in March. Beautiful apartment. Very convenient. Right beside the Opera and Metro. Several markets close by and an amazing amount of restaurants. Easy walk into Maris . 30 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Romaine did our checking and was very polite and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

This place was great, very nice inside, everything you need is in the neighborhood with an easy walking distance (including groceries and pastry shops). We really enjoyed staying in this place and hope to do so again in the future.

Clean, spacious property. Great location, close to metro. Host was great with communication and helpful with tips for getting around.
