Perfect in every way! The space is fantastic and the Margaritaville theme was well executed and lots of fun! Immaculate condition and appointed with every kitchen and outdoor amenity you could possibly need. We saw dozens of manatees daily and even a few dolphins, which was a surprise! We ate 3 times at the Upper Deck down the street which has surprisingly great food for a river joint! Lots of things made from scratch! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing trip! Great location,beautiful scenery! Every detail was thought of and planned out throughout the house to make our stay as stress free as possible! Will definitely be back next year!!

4th stay here, love it so much! Beautiful home in perfect condition with amazing river views and access. Jumping in off the dock in the clear cool water is so much fun! Kayaking and paddle boarding every day and relaxing at this resort like home is the best way to enjoy time at magical weeki wachee river.
