About this apartment rental
Beautiful and bright 75 m² apartment located in the wonderful village of La Caleta, in the south of Tenerife. It boasts an unbeatable beachfront location, just 400 metres from the sea, in an area with excellent gastronomic variety where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets with views of the island of La Gomera. It has capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment has a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom equipped with two single beds.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven and everything necessary to enjoy your stay comfortably. The living room has a sofa bed and access to a lovely terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The complex swimming pool is currently out of service and is not available for guest use.
The accommodation also has WiFi, two televisions and a washing machine.
In the surroundings of the property you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and tourist activity services. It is also close to a bus stop with connections to different points of interest in the area, including the famous Siam Park water park.

Our second time in this apartment, so close to the beach, restaurants, bars, swimming pool above the apartment, the AC was very welcome.
More toiletries would be helpful

A very complicated booking procedure but finally sorted.The company responded to our queries on this but extremely time consuming.Apartment clean apart from the sofa which was extremely grubby with stains.Also the keys were left in a wall by the bins opposite the property which we were very surprised as. Normally you are greeted on arrival and the keys handed over or a keysafe is in place.The restaurant below was no problem with noise issues but parking could be difficult sometimes as very limited spaces closeby.No toiletries whatsoever and only one set of towels for the 16 days. Assume because there is a washing machine you are expected to sort the bedding/towels yourself.Also the view from the two balconies overlooked a derelect building which has become a dumping ground for rubbish etc.
