As owner and designer, she has created a tranquil environment with the assistance of like-minded individuals, surrounding it with natural elements, soft tones, subdued shades, and natural materials. There is an emphasis on ensuring everything appears intrinsic to the location, avoiding any sense of contrivance. Characterised by local craftsmanship, lime wash is applied to all internal and external walls. Double wooden entrance doors lead to the open-plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen features bespoke wooden worktops, units finished with Farrow & Ball paint, a ‘Belfast’ style sink, full-sized cooker with feature extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and ample drawer and cupboard space. The hand-finished dining table and chairs, along with aspect lighting, complete the look. The open-plan lounge, featuring comfortable seating and lighting, has two sets of double doors accessing the bedroom patio on the left and the lounge patio at the front. Both patios are marble tiled, with the lounge patio fully furnished and equipped with a distinctive polished concrete table comfortable for up to four and large parasol.

The double bedroom includes a handmade King sized bed and feature wardrobe, with double doors leading to the patio, which features seating and a simple iron pergola. The shower room, adorned with pastel shades and hand-finished walls, encompasses a spacious shower area.

The house is situated on approximately 3000 sq. m. of private grounds with gated access. The paved area immediately to the front of Kalliroi ensures easy access. The large Mediterranean-themed garden at the front of the property is primarily planted with roses and other complementary plants. The extensive terraced grounds below the pool patio area feature old olive trees, supplemented with additional plantings.
