Gorgeous cottage just steps from the beach. Located in cosy Hyannis, hop on the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, or stroll up to main street to visit the shops. This cottage offers a queen sized bed, kitchenette and a fenced in patio area with a grill. This cottage accommodates up to two adults with one private parking spot. Spend your days lounging on the beach and you nights out on the town.

This was a great location for two people. The cottage was clean and neat and allowed us to spend lots of time at the beach. It was wonderful being able to walk just a few houses down and spend the day. Owner was able to accommodate an extra day for us which was wonderful. May want to put some blinds on the bedroom skylight in case guests want to sleep in, but other than that, it was great!

Very cozy and just so relaxing. The outside area awas great for reading and quiet time.Parking was tricky and perhaps the bushes on the front and back of the space could be pruned.

The cottage was nice enough but there was one huge flaw. There was no way to cook!There is no stove/oven in the cottage. Outside was a nice five burner gas grill. But – no propane! When I contacted the owner he apologized and said the main house next door had a propane tank that we could take. My husband went over there but couldn’t get the tank free. We were going to just use that grill but couldn’t get the gas knob to turn on. Owner was located in NY. He said he had a friend who was local who could help us. But…couldn’t get ahold of him. He then PayPal’d 120 to us for a dinner (as we had already shopped and purchased the makings of a complete dinner with Ribeye steaks). But that didn’t change the fact that we couldn’t cook for our entire week’s stay.
