About this house rental
Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa situated in a quite residential area of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca Town Center where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
The private garden and large pool 9x4.5 with a depth of 1.8 (optional Pool Heating £15 per day charge) the area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there is a shallow pool ideal for small children and babies to splash around in.
The large patio area is complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs positioned under a pergola.
Villa Ocaso sleeps 8 people, downstairs is a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace area, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom, 2nd shower room/wc.
Upstairs is another large double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a second twin bedroom, shared bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs living area, with large dining area, seating for 8 people, and small seating area with patio doors leading onto the terrace.
English TV and wifi available.

The villa was incredible! The layout the was spot on very spacious and extremely clean! The location is ideal not far from local tourist spots honestly I couldn’t fault our stay and the host Jodie is amazing very quick to respond and very friendly!!!

Lovely outside space. You will need to rent a car. Look closely for extra costs before booking-105 Euros a week for heating the pool(highly recommended, but I feel the pool should be heated without incurring extra charges). Although the advert says the villa sleeps 8, you will be charged 105 euros per week per extra guest if you exceed 4 guests. Thankfully we were 4 guests! 2 of the four bedrooms have very light curtains, so the rooms are very light very early in the morning. We had a lovely stay and really liked Playa Blanca. Thank you

Loved the Villa - location great and very quiet (although there was a noisy neighbours dog!) Very spacious and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Jodie and Brett fabulous hosts. We had a few issues to do with water during the storm but all resolved quickly. Can highly recommend.

The level of detail in the villa was not great, some faulty or damaged items, for example the tiles around the pool area were cracked or completely missing and the accessories in the bathrooms were damaged, or missing plugs etc. The bathroooms all need upgraded as they are below standard. The villa was a good size with nice outdoor space. It was clean when we arrived. The pool was well heated. But the villa was advertised as having air conditioning but it only had fans.
