About this house rental
Classic water front Marco Island pool home 5 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and amenities. This classic home has been extensively remodeled with luxury and comfort in mind. Relax by the heated salt water pool while overlooking the water by your private dock, or stay inside and enjoy your 65" inch flat screen smart TV with WiFi. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with private bathroom just remodeled, along with a 55'' smart TV. The other two rooms share a remodeled bathroom with one room having a queen size bed and the other one has two single beds. New granite counter tops and furniture along with new floors, beds, vanities, toilets, appliances and utensils. Kinda hard to find what hasn't been replaced. All other areas on Marco can be reached by walking, the two bicycles in the garage with helmets or a very reasonable cab ride. Not too much traffic on this dead end street to add to the calm and relaxing Marco Island charm. Beach cart, beach buggy, beach chairs, multiple coolers and an umbrella in the garage ready for the beach. There's also a Pac and Play, high chair, pool floats and kids life vests. The best thing about being on the water is you just set back and forget about everything. Thanks for inquiring about my home.

Great stay!! Dolphins by the dock, great location to walk to eateries, house is well equipped for all our needs, very clean and organized. Host is very responsive and helpful. We didn’t want to leave so we will definitely be back!

This property was great. The owner was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. There were no issues at all. We loved the screened in lanai and pool. Also, several restaurants within a half mile walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean, screened in patio area with pool is awesome and the house has everything you could need. It was great to have a garage to park in, bikes and beach gear. Cooking items in the kitchen were plentiful and grill was great. We spent most of our time on the back patio. Matt is an excellent host and we would definitely recommend.
