HOUSE RULES BELOW:
1. Extra Person Fees--
--6 people are allowed on a standard reservation.
Extra people must be approved and paid for at the time of time of the booking. There is a $20 fee per extra person, per night.
Bringing any extra guests that have not been approved of or paid for could result in an immediate eviction.

2. NO PARTIES

3. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON FURNITURE. Please provide all necessary items for your pet (beds, towels etc..)

4. No Smoking/ No Drugs--
Absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed! Smoking is not allowed on the property, or in the home, at any time. We also ban the possession and use of cannabis in the home and on the property. No vaping.

5. QUIET HOURS MUST BE OBSERVED. Voices carry, so please be quiet outside when night comes and especially by 10 pm.

6. No Fires/Burning.
Because of wildfire risk, we do not allow burning in an outdoor fire pit.

7. Guest Safety--All guests are responsible for their own safety. This home is located in mountainous terrain. Because this is a mountainous area, there are many possible hazards, like poison oak, snakes, uneven terrain, rocks, trees, etc. All guests are responsible for their own safety. There are many potential tripping hazards on the property because it is mountainous terrain. You are responsible for you!

9. Check-Out Rules--We kindly ask guests to put their dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a quick wash, and please take trash out before departing. ( trash bin provided at top of driveway for easy access when leaving)
Also, please lock all windows, doors, and turn off air conditioner/heater upon their final departure, leaving the home secured.

10. As already listed under Guest Safety/ Security on our listing, we do have cameras located on the exterior of the home that will be on. No tampering with cameras. Any tampering will result in immediate eviction, additional fees, and no refund.
