WELCOME TO SEAESTA – YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN MIRAMAR BEACH!
We’re so excited to have you! Located just a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home is perfect for family getaways or group vacations.
MAIN HOUSE – SECOND FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with private balcony overlooking the pool
• Queen Bedroom
• Bunk Room (Twin Bunk AND Twin/Full Bunk)
• 2 Full Bathrooms
• Remodeled Kitchen with island
• Dining area and Living Room with sleeper sofa
SEPARATE LOCK-OUT LIVING SPACE – FIRST FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with pool patio access
• Queen Bedroom
• Full Bathroom
• Living Room with sleeper sectional sofa
• Small Kitchenette with dining table and chairs
• Access via covered, exterior staircase from upstairs.
OUTDOOR OASIS:
• Oversized, private heated pool (optional pool heat additional $60/day)
• Large patio with loungers and dining area
• Gas grill
• Beach gear included: floats, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach wagon. Items located in downstairs Primary closet and in storage bin by the pool
POOL SAFETY:
We provide multiple safety features to help encourage a secure environment around the pool:
• Alarm and additional manual lock on the interior door leading to the pool from the downstairs Primary Bedroom
• Additional gate off the patio
• Exterior gate to the pool area with a locking mechanism
***For your safety, all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.***
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
•Sleeps up to 17 guests
• (12) Beach Blankets provided for your convenience
• A Pack and Play is located in the upstairs Bunk Room
• All linens and towels provided
• Bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and courtesy toiletries
• Driveway parking for up to 5 mid-sized vehicles (no garage access)

The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking large family meals. The pool is nice size and plenty of seating around it. Stacy was a great host answering messages before and during our stay. Stacy even checked in to see if everything was going okay. The 2 minute walk to the beach was so nice. A Dollar General is walking distance on the street.

Great location close to the beach with a short 5 minute walk. The beach area was never crowded the week before Memorial Day weekend.The house had plenty of room for our family/grandchildren. We enjoyed the private pool on many afternoons (after beach fun in the mornings).

Stacey was an amazing host! The property was just like the pictures and description. We did not realize that the rooms on the ground level required us to leave the house, but other than that the property was perfect. We also appreciate Stacey understanding our time concerns and allowed us to check-in early. Lastly, we appreciated Stacey understanding our cleaning issues. We ran out of trash bags and could not clean up completely. Stacey was compassionate and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for a large party or vacation! Personally, I celebrated by bachelorette party with a group of 10 girls total.

The house was clean and equipped. We were charged an extra cleaning fee so make sure to leave the house spotless even though you are already charged a cleaning fee.
