The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. The master has a shower over bath set-up; the second bathroom has a standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with 4-burner cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, 4-slice toaster, and kettle.

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: external only

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
