About this house rental
Welcome to our cute and cozy Ocean Lakes beach cottage at 1162! Enjoy the view of the dunes and waves from the front deck before entering our 2 bedroom, 1bath home.
In less than a 2 minute walk you can have your toes in the sand and itโs a short trip on the complimentary golf cart to all of the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer-water park, pools, recreation center and arcade as well as the Meet โn Eat snack bar and Sandy Mart.
Outside find a comfortable patio space with gas grill and dining area. Thereโs also parking for 2 vehicles and great shade for those hot summer days.
Our home sleeps 6 with a queen bed, full bed and sleeper sofa. Unlimited WiFi and smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer inside, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating.
* Complimentary linens and towel package is NOT INCLUDED for bookings under 7 nights.
*Small dog welcome with owner approval and additional fee.
Golf cart is complimentary, any damages are the responsibility of registered guests. Must be 21years of age with valid drivers license and be registered to site 1162 to operate golf cart. Proof of age/ID required when signing rental agreement.
No smoking or vaping.

Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families and responsible adults. No house parties or groups of teens. Any violations to these rules or any Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Parking passes are purchased directly from Ocean Lakes for $15 per vehicle per day.
