It was inexpensive and clean but the ice machine was broken and I thought the laundry would be in the unit, but no we had to walk to a hut and you had to load money on a card with your credit card !!!! It was not a 5 minute walk to the town center. There was a broom but no dust pan. The second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is no bigger than a phone booth and there is paint peeling in the shower . Also in the second bathroom on the wall above the commode there was damage on the wall and a very poor repair job was done . Next time I will be more careful what I rent. When we arrived the toaster was broken and I contacted the owner and it was replaced immediately , and that was greatly appreciated .

The place was great. Clean and well decorated. Very close to the main Pinehurst course and to the local shops and restaurants. The communication with the owner was excellent. Will definitely come back next time. Thanks!
