This stunning beachfront vacation rental condo located in Tower 3 of Edgewater Beach Resorts boasts one of the most amazing oceanfront views of the Emerald waters of the Gulf Of Mexico you can find in Panama City Beach. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the den and dining area of Unit 802 offer breath-taking views for the entirety of your stay.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with access to the private master bath. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed with access to the units second bathroom. The living room also has a cabinet bed for two.
The views from the beachfront balcony are stunning as you relax to begin your vacation day with an amazing sunrise or wrap the day up with a captivating sunset over the Emerald waters.
Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Overall nice beachfront view. The pictures in the listing look nicer than the actual unit. Pictures may have been taken when the unit was first listed many years ago. Some of the furniture like recliners were blocking the view. The place could have been cleaner as I could see sand on the table in the living room and floor when walking. The absolute worst part was there was only ONE working elevator in the whole building. The second elevator was out of service the whole weekend. This is absolutely unacceptable. Even if there was a problem it should have been repaired within 24hours. We got so frustrated waiting for the elevator for 20mins each time that we had to just walk up and down 8 flights of stairs each time. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the elevator issue. Also the building itself could be better maintained.
