About this house rental
We have two separate rental rooms available. Each have their own private entrance from the outside of the residence as well as their own private full baths. Both rooms have a mini-frig, microwave, and coffeepot. Internet access is provided.
We are located within walking distance of the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk where there are many restaurants, Bars, Charter Boats, and many other attractions. There is always lots of live entertainment and we will be happy to make suggestions based on your food and music taste.
We also own a charter fishing business called Southern Sportfishing. We have 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and Full day offshore trips available.
Other nearby attractions include Kure Beach, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Civil War Museum, and the Fort Fisher Ferry which travels to Southport and Bald Head Island numerous times daily.
If you are interested in Kayaking, Bike rentals, Surf lessons, Paddle Boarding, or Golf Cart rentals we can help you with your arrangements.
FYI : We have a dog on premises. He stays inside our home but is never allowed in the rental rooms.

Great stay for Memorial Day weekend! Room had everything we needed, was clean, and the window AC worked great. Host was nice and their dog is very sweet. 17 min walk to the beach and boardwalk- we brought a wagon for beach stuff and walked every day.

We had such a great time staying here! Andy was very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. And the price was superb! We will absolutely be contacting them again in the future!
