1. Close to Medina. The BEST place possible.
2. Had a car park. So important.
3. Hotel had a pool.
4. Rooms are fine.
5. Great view from room.
6. Had a bell boy for my bags.
7. Staff treated me very well. Smiled. Always wanted to help me.
I really cannot think of anything.
Maybe a better breakfast where a cook can prepare me a special omelette with what I want.

The reception give us a room in the noise close the store room we couldn’t sleep and drilling machine in above room

Room was very dated and shower leaked all over the bathroom!

Location is exceptional,
Breakfast is good but they tend to cook little for the guest they have.
Swimming pool though its cold in winter.
Elevator if you top floor.
Heating is poor,
The rooms need TLC though clean
