This is the upper floor of a two story historic building with a private BALCONY. The unit has its own separate entrance and is well appointed with high end décor and art. There is a separate downstairs unit (not shared, but can be booked and combined upon request if available).

Lovely and unique, this rental was very interesting, eclectic, and comfortable. The shower is great with very strong water pressure, but it gets VERY hot. The marble floor on the bathroom is beautiful but also very slick. Beds are very nice and everything was clean. A knife set would be nice to cut bagles but that’s a small thing.

My new favorite home away from home when I travel to Mobile for work! The property is amazing! And Rob was a fabulous host making check in super easy. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a great place to stay in downtown Mobile. Easy walking distance to Dauphin, Greer's, and Water Street.
