Puamana 100-4 is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offering partial ocean views in a prime location, directly across from the beach access.
Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use.
The spacious open floor plan includes two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one located on the ground floor along with the living room, kitchen, and powder room. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large sun deck with stunning ocean views. The second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds, with all bedrooms having their own ensuite bathrooms.
The back lanai remains perfect for family BBQs, dining, or simply unwinding, while the upstairs master bedroom’s sun deck offers serene ocean views. The owners take pride in sharing their Maui home, stocking it with all the conveniences you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Despite the recent challenges, Puamana 100-4 continues to exemplify “No Ka Oi” (the best of Puamana).

Gorgeous Property, impeccably clean and very well located. My family and I loved the layout of the house, its proximity to the beach and the wonderfully laid out kitchen. It was an excellent spot for us to base out exploration of the whole of Maui. The place is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It has every amenity such as a washer dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, individual room AC, and a dedicated reserved parking spot large enough for a Chevy Tahoe.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, with everything we needed, to cook Thanksgiving. The beach was just steps away and not crowded at all, pretty private. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom, plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.
