The house was spacious and beautiful. The location was great with a short walk to the beach and it is centrally located on the island. The back deck looks out onto a canal and the pool and was very relaxing.

The house and neighborhood were beautiful. There were kitchen and bathroom fixtures that could have been a little cleaner. They need to hire a cleaning service or a better one. The kitchen sink was kind of yucky, the kitchen cabinets and some of the doors had dirty finger prints especially by the garbage can in the kitchen and the master bedroom comforter was extremely stained, it almost had you wonder if it was cleaned before we got there. The kitchen has surprisingly good dishes, pots and cooking utensils it would have been nice be left with a few more garbage bags and rolls of paper towels and toilet paper and cleaning detergents. We had to buy our own to last a week. There are also squirrels or raccoons that live in the attic so at night you hear critters running around above you. Also the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Pros were the entertaining and living areas are nice and comfortable and roomy. The pool and hot tub were great. And the outdoor grills, dishwasher and stove all worked very well.
