Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.
This unit has the best location in popular Pelican Beach Resort. 4th floor is high enough to have a fantastic view of the pool, beach, and the gulf, and low enough to view your teens enjoying themselves in the pool from your oversized private balcony. This unit is the next unit from the corner, giving an unobstructed view of the beach, the gulf and the pool.
Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, portable beach chairs and umbrella that are included inside the unit.
Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.
4th floor, extra large private balcony and being on the stack which is very close to the beach provides the optimum beach vacation experience: spectacular views from high enough, yet it doesn't cause height anxiety and if needed just climb 3 flats of stairs and no need to wait for elevators.
We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.
Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

This is the nicest beach condo we've ever stayed at! The beach is just steps away from the property just passed the pools. Loved having access to the little snack and drinks bar by the pools. You can pick up drinks to bring to the beach. You don't need to bring any beach equipment except for towels and sunscreen. There were plenty of beach chairs (at least 4 that I saw) a beach umbrella, body board, sand toys and buckets. If you use the condo's equipment you'll have to set up behind the beach service ( which wasn't a big deal) Or you can rent the set ups that they have on the beach and have beach service (snacks and drinks delivered to your chairs). Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. I had some problems and addressed them to the owner and he got maintenance to come up and fix them right away! Haydar was very good at communicating! Definitely come here and stay!

We enjoyed our stay and had so much fun! The two nights pools were our grand daughter’s favorite. Beach beautiful and the view from patio was amazing! Judy quinn

Our room absolutely reaked like mildew. They definitely helped by bringing a dehumidifier during our stay. The room was just fine but definitely smaller than I expected. The cleaning crew needs to be fired. The ceiling fan were caked in dust and the top of refrigerator has never been cleaned. We went out and bought our own cleaning supplies beacsue it was definitely not up to our standards...let alone a Motel 6 standard. Bathrooms were incredibly small...especially the master bathroom. The amount of black mold and mildew on the shower door and shower door track was really bad. It was 100% not worth the amount of money we paid to stay for 6 days.
