Beach house was very clean. Easy to communicate with host/property manager. The house did lack some basic essentials in the kitchen that have always been at the other beach houses we have stayed at in the last ten years. Unable to keep cover on spa because all latches are broken. We finally put two deck tables on cover to keep it from blowing off with the high winds. Also, didn’t realize there was no parking under the house, which only became an issue when we had a very heavy rainstorm when it was time to load up our vehicles. Activities under the house not really very functional. The house has great views of the beach from a very nice deck.

We had a great time at this house. Perfect location to access the beach, amazing views. Home was clean and it was great to have an AC that actually works in a beach house. Hot tub was perfect for the cool nights. When we arrived there was only one pickleball paddle so I messaged the owner and they immediately took care of it and brought 2 new ones. The 2 beach chairs that they have though are extremely rusted and we couldn’t use them and had to purchase some. That would be my only problem we had with the description of having beach chairs. They did have sports chairs but that’s not what I considered beach chairs. Other than that little hiccup we absolutely loved this home and hope to be back. Careful of the sticker burs in the yard headed out to the beach though. Our girls discovered that the hard way our first day there. Ouch!

Great location. Lots to do. Couple of quick issues on check in responded immediately. Beach access had a lot of stickers but that is the only complaint. Loved the house and beach!!!
