About this house rental
4,400 Sq. Ft of remodeled luxury on a private, hilltop 5-acre parcel. Private road that dead-ends up at the house. Pictures don't do it justice. Sweeping decks and 360• view of Tucson. The magical feeling you have on the property is hard to describe. We have renters who keep coming back, year after year.
Smoke-Free, Pet Free. Minimum length of stay 5-7 days (depending upon the season). No kids (below age 15) are allowed up at the home, even for a visit, since the deck railings are not child-proof. Ask us about short-term memberships for Ventana Canyon private country club, nearby. Golf and Tennis, Spa, Fitness, Pool and Dining.
About 80% of the people who have rented this home come back for return visits, a good indication of its quality and magnificence. About half of the rental parties are just a couple (2 people), though there's obviously plenty of room for 4-6 people.

Visitors describe this as an absolutely magical place. What separates this property from other homes, besides the phenomenal views, is the quiet and privacy. The private drive dead-ends to the 5-acre lot, and the way it's situated in the mountains, allows for a feeling of a complete get-away. This despite only being a couple of miles away from shopping and dining. This property is high enough to see over the Tucson mountains to the west, and about 60 miles into the mountains in Mexico, while being adjacent to the Sabino Canyon National Park, a place with miles of hikes and walks.
The furnishings and finishes are high-end. Natural clay walls, Solid wood furniture, leather chairs, $8,000 heated, Japanese bidet, Toto Neorest toilets, custom mirrors and artwork. Custom quartz countertops throughout.
The home is equipped includes a custom, comprehensive renter's guide with instructions on the operation of the house, appliances and entertainment, room-by-room inventory list, along with information of attractions and the best dining.

This visit was a return visit for us, second year in a row. We really appreciated Jason letting us know we could arrive early and it is always great to see Jason and chat for awhile. The property is outstanding. Views are incredible, especially the sunsets!! We enjoy the birds and this year, the animals too! It is a very peaceful place but yet not far from great restaurants and other attractions.

The property was wonderful. Very private and great views of Tucson and the surrounding mountains. We often come to Tucson and the house was the cleanest we have rented here. It was also very well outfitted with everything we needed. My wife and I really enjoyed the solitude and yet we were close to many of our favorite restaurants and other activities. Just an excellent location with wildlife too. Jason was great and very easy to communicate with. He was readily available and very helpful. My wife and I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed and furnished luxury home in great location. Spectacular views. Close to hiking and biking. The guest membership at Ventana Canyon was an added perk.
