This was the perfect place to call home for a week with 3 of my dive buddies. This home is in an excellent location and the covered outside patio next to the pool was the most relaxing spot to unwind after a day underwater. If you want to dive precipitous coral walls and chill with the most friendly locals around, look no further. Sam, the host, is absolutely top notch! Besides allowing us to check in early, it was everything else that she did that made a lasting impression. We needed sheets for the very comfortable pull out sofa and within 30 minutes, the house cleaner had us taken care of. She coordinated the rental car with us and although our plane was an hour late arriving, the pickup was seemless. Sam made sure we knew where to eat every day. We received daily texts she forwarded from the locals about their menus. Way more affordable than club med and much better food quality. If you want a truly authentic Bohemian experience, stay in this lovely home and let Sam take care of you! The locals love spending time with you. Don’t waste your time staying in Club Med in their bubble with the clown show and go explore the real Bahamas. Definitely utilize Riding Rock for your dives. Thanks a million Samantha!

The location of this property is absolutely stunning. The crystal clear blue ocean is steps away from your front door. The photo below is me hanging at the pool, the ocean and pathway to the beach in the distance. The house is beautiful and exactly like the photos. The pool is well maintained. The owner thought of everything; beach chairs, cooler, pool toys, even snorkel gear was available. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, and pans. I highly recommend renting the car (very affordable) offered by the owner, even if just for trips to the grocery store. I will definitely be back.
