This cozy 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath loft condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 6 with 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room.
This is a 3rd floor unit (no elevator) with a large oceanfront balcony with great view off of the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's and washer/dryer. The master bedroom is up the spiral staircase in the loft.
Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

The property was really rundown. For example, the Bathroom light fixture has fell out of the ceiling because it wasn’t really bolted/screwed into the ceiling. My husband attempted to fix it but it was so old and rusted it would not hold.
