Pros: Lovely property and host, good location for ferry or train to Cinque Terra. Free parking right outside the door. Quiet and safe area. Good facilities in the apartment and well thought out use of space. It is very compact and the second bedroom is on a mezzanine open to the kitchen but there is a sense of privacy. An excellent choice for a short stay in La Spezia!
Cons: We were two couples so it felt a little small but it would be perfect for a couple or young family. The location, amenities and parking really outweigh the compact size. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Everything. The host was really nice and at our disposal at all times. The house has everything you may need (except a microwave). The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
