🎉 No parties or events. State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood — please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a device that measures decibel levels only (no audio or video recording). We are notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

🍽️ No Hibachi vendors/services are permitted at this home.

This property is amazing! It is exactly as advertised. We spent 3 nights here for a girl’s trip and did not leave the property during our visit! We went from pj’s to swimsuits! We had a chef with Lauren Allen Culinary Events cook for us one night…we had so much fun and the food was awesome!The communication with Jackie from Phx Stays cannot be beaten. Highly recommend this property!

The property was excellent as advertised. The pictures are very accurate. The house is well maintained. The house has wonderful open spaces which are perfect for relaxing and soaking in the splendor of the Arizona desert. The staff at Phoenix stays is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this property and Phoenix Stays!

A beautiful and perfect stay for us and our young grandchildren. The iron fence around the pool was not only very safe, but it didn’t feel like it separated any of the space. We chose to cook or bring in most nights because the outdoor (and indoor) ambiance was so lovely! Also, the management hosts were very attentive if we needed anything. Very helpful!

We stayed at Las Palmas the last week of December into New Years’ Day and had a great time and experience. The home is magnificent, sprawling, well decorated and furnished. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need to cook a nice meal and the hosts provided coffee, and a thoughtful welcome gift of wine and chocolate. The property and views are amazing and the home is located in a quiet, high end neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and food shopping in the area. Only compliant if we had to sight one is that the one fireplace that is available for guest use (in kitchen) was hard to keep lit. Would highly recommend Las Palmas if staying in North Scottsdale and you want to be away from the crowds/traffic.
