Villa LVL is a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront pool home on a quiet freshwater canal in Northwest Cape Coral. This solar heated pool home features a huge deck situated on a lakefront right in the backyard. Guests may even catch a glimpse of turtles or fish swimming by. Stocked with everything needed for a quiet retreat, Villa LVL is the perfect fit for couples or families looking for a peaceful homebase in Cape Coral.
Villa LVL sits in a quiet pocket of Northwest Cape Coral, away from the busier sections of the city. Guests have easy access to Coral Oaks golf course, nature parks and trails, and local shops and restaurants.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV, access to the lanai. En-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar seating for your morning coffee and dinette seating for 4 people. The main living room has a streaming TV and a reclining sofa. A formal dining room and separate sitting room give this home extra space for guests to spread out. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Step outside to the outdoor lanai area, showcasing a tranquil solar heated pool, a large deck, and serene lake views. You may even catch sight of turtles or fish swimming in the lake. The BBQ grill and outdoor table is available for dining al fresco.
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge and damage insurance are included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- Please note this is a solar heated pool, warmed by the sun rather than an electric heater. Water temperature will vary with the weather.
- This property has exterior cameras facing the front entrance and pool deck area.

The place was good overall but there is a little ant problem in the kitchen area. There were ant traps sitting around but they weren’t really doing anything.

We stayed for a week & had a great time. The pool was very refreshing. The accommodations were wonderful & we would definitely stay here again.

The property offered a lot of space and would be great for a large family. It has plenty of cookware and a few things in the kitchen that was helpful. (foil, salt and pepper) It was a bit outdated as far as decor. Some dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty upon arrival. The carpet was dirty. The entire house could use a deep cleaning to freshen it up. The next door neighbor has two dogs that barked a lot in the mornings and anytime that we were out on the patio if they were out. Traffic was heavy on most days especially traveling to the beach and local restaurants.
