About this house rental
Casita Exuma is located on Great Exuma and in the Village at Hooper's Bay, about a 10-minute drive from both the Exuma International Airport and George Town. 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse for 4 people. The Village is a secure and private complex with 6-villas, on-site management and staff that can assist you during your stay. Wi-Fi and parking are included.
First floor: The 2 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor along with a walk-in closet and a laundry room (which is available for your use). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a screened porch. The first floor also has a deck .
Second floor: The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is on the second floor along with a powder room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. A second screened porch is located on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the natural vegetation.

Our host, Ingrid, was in touch immediately to welcome us right after we booked.
The property looks just like the pictures. The place is extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook if you want.
Our favorite room was the screened in second floor veranda with a view of the trees. It is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
The property is close to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the airport and gas station.
Check in and checkout were seamless. Our host answered our questions quickly. Part of what makes your vacation a wonderful experience is where you stay.
We would absolutely love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Hoopers Bay Village! The house was spotlessly clean and fully ready when we checked in — a great first impression. The host and on-site property manager were exceptionally responsive and friendly throughout our stay, going out of their way to ensure our experience was comfortable and memorable.The amenities were excellent and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals — a big plus for our family. We especially loved the pool, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Stepping out onto the balcony each morning to a beautiful garden view was a lovely way to start the day.The location is fantastic — Hoopers Bay Beach is just minutes away, George Town is easily accessible, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Parking was hassle-free with convenient on-site space.We would absolutely return here on our next visit to Exuma and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and serene island getaway.”

Nice and spacious accommodations and central to the entire island. Communication with owner was seamless and there is a property manage on site or nearby if there are issues. There is a lovely pool on the property as well. Beds we very comfortable and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Also the beach chairs and beach towels were a plus. I would definitely stay here again.
