About this apartment rental
Summary:
You will be charmed by the beautiful loft and the neighborhood located on a street full of life. Indeed, St-Joseph is full of beautiful surprises. You will be able to discover a multitude of restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee’s, grocery stores and more! Not so far from the Old Quebec, you can easily get there by bus or foot and live a memorable experience in our beautiful city.
The Space:
You will find all the necessary amenities: television (Netflix), a fully equipped kitchen with a hoven and a laundry room on the upper floors. There is a small folding single bed in the accommodation to accommodate a third traveler. It is also possible to have a children's park. However, you must inform us before your arrival. In short, everything to allow you to have a good stay.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the whole loft and a laundry room on the same floor.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is usually made up of passionate people of the downtown. The multiple shops of Saint-Joseph Street will allow you to find everything you need nearby. Including multiple bars that make this area lively at night. You will also be able to enjoy the most famous tourist spots like Chateau Frontenac, Petit-Champlain and many others, which are only a few minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
A car will not be necessary during your stay. Everything is accessible by foot or transit.

It’s possible to park along the street or in indoor parking.
Along the street :
You have to pay from 8 am till 9 pm on the same street. You can also park on the street behind the street of the apartment. Those streets are free but you can’t park from 8 am till 11 am.

Le Jardin St-Roch situé au : 450, Rue du Parvis
La Tour Fresk situé au : 380, Rue de la Couronne
During the winter period, there may be snow removal operations to clear snowfall.
In these situations, you will be notified by orange flashing lights along the street. You will not be authorized to park on the street. If so you car will be towed. You will have to park in a paid parking lot for the night.
Other Things to Note:
This is not the largest apartment but I think it's perfect for the location and you will love to visit Quebec City
The property is located on the second floor of the building and is not accessible by elevator. You will therefore need to climb one flight of stairs.

We must say, the apartment was just great. Good value for the price. Clean. Triple security to get in made us feel safe. Comfortable bed, had all we needed. So the apartment and support - terrific. Geographically also great location. We walked to the Old City in 20 minutes, leaving the car in the Indigo lot. It was worth it.
However…it is good to be prepared for the neighborhood. A homeless shelter and soup kitchen is in this neighborhood, which means there are a number of homeless people on the streets. Some are challenged and can scare you if you’re not prepared for it. However no one tried anything harmful. But it’s good to keep in mind. Unfortunate since it takes away from the very good apartment.

The property was giid, basic. Needed a dish cloth to wash dishes, a toilet roll hokder abd hoojs for wet towels. Parking lot was a bit of a walk and a little sketchy area but car was ok upon our return. Place was clean.
