Amazing place to stay. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. Just what we were looking for in a place to stay. We quickly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The host sent the check-in information the day before and left snacks to welcome us. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and hot water all worked well. Had a full kitchen to make meals to save money on eating out. Super close to Mammoth Cave. Everything I expect a vacation home to be. The host did a very good job!

I give this location 4 stars rather than 5 due to some minor issues that may not matter to other people. There was only 1 extra blanket available despite having 2 beds, so it made curling up on the couch with a blanket challenging for multiple people. The couch in the living room has a low back which I personally don't find to be the most comfortable. Some of the cookware was heavily used and so the food we cooked stuck to it (specifically, we tried making eggs in the skillet and they got really stuck which made it difficult to clean). Lastly, there was no mixing bowl so we had to get creative when we made pancake mix.I do have to acknowledge the awesome things as well. The hosts were SO communicative and easy to reach, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the location cannot be beat if you are visiting Mammoth Cave. It was only 10 minutes away! We were able to leave the visitor center, come back to eat lunch, take a quick nap and/or watch some TV, and then easily head back for our next tour. And I also loved they had a "guest mode" set for the Roku so you programmed when you'd be checking out. That way, any streaming services you logged in to with your personal log-in automatically logged out when you checked out. It was very cool!

The rental was perfect for us. It was clean, updated and spacious. Since we were visiting Mammoth Cave area, the location was ideal. The owners were very easy to work with and communication was quick. We really enjoyed the property as well, very quiet and relaxing in the backyard and on the front porch swing. We loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer!
