Located in Metchosin, just 30 minutes to Victoria or Sooke. Hidden Pond's luxury Gong Suite is the perfect romantic or family getaway for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. Spacious, two rooms with private entrance, basic kitchen facilities, luxury king bed, sofa bed, tastefully furnished with two sitting areas overlooking an amazing forest view makes this perfect for a couple or family. The suite includes the use of a hot tub, firepit, and just a short walk to our private beach, spring-fed swimming pond, orchard, and forest trails. The suite has a full-size bathroom with tub and shower, Air conditioning, Internet, TV, and basic kitchen (BQ with side-burner, kettle, coffee maker, breakfast grill, toaster oven, microwave, full-size fridge, sink and basic and spices and kitchen supplies. ) Pet-friendly and short and long stay rates are available.
Please note this suite has stairs and it is a walk down to the pond , so this might not be a great option for anyone who has mobility issues.

Great if you love the outdoors! Note it does take up to an hour to drive back into town (Victoria) sometimes, but nearby town of Metchosin is 10m or so away too

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Gong Suite.The space itself is beautiful — thoughtfully furnished and decorated with real care and intention. It felt immediately comfortable and special, the kind of place where you settle in and just exhale.The grounds were equally lovely. We made full use of the hot tub (a highlight!), gathered around the fire for dinner, and took the most peaceful walk down to the pond — exactly the kind of quiet that's hard to find. Everything was well-maintained and felt genuinely inviting.Jo Ann was an exceptional host — proactive without being intrusive, checking in early to make sure we were getting settled and making it clear she was available if we needed anything. That kind of attentiveness makes all the difference. It was equally lovely to meet and chat with Rob. Their trio of dogs were charming and full of character - very cute.A beautiful property, gracious hosts, and a stay we'll remember warmly. Highly recommend the Gong Suite to anyone looking for a restorative getaway.

Luxurious accomodations in an absolutely gorgeous natural setting!Everything you need for a great stay is here robes and towels for hot tub and pond.Muffins, cookies, apples, oranges, bananas, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cream for breakfast,BBQ and full kitchen with regular size fridge.
