Slow down enjoy this Cozy Beach Cottage steps from Lido Beach and St Armand's Circle.
This comfortably decorated home has just been updated with new linens, cookware, 55' Smart Bluetooth TV, BBQ grill and more. The backyard has a fun tiki bar, outdoor dining set, fire ring, hammock and is fenced for dogs.
Beach towels, rolling cooler and chairs are provided for a day at the beach accessed by the adjacent path. Someone said " it takes less time to walk from the house to the sand than it does to walk from the beginning of the sand to the water"

The beach access is next to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)
Cruiser bikes are provided for touring around Lido key!!
Both the living room and family room are great for conversation and the dining table comfortably seats 6.
This home is 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
The master bedroom has a luxurious Beauty-Rest Black Series king bed while the second bedroom is a queen. Both share the Jack and Jill bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. A laundry room / office space completes the home.
The 3rd bedroom is wonderfully private with bath, queen bed, sitting area including a couch, chair and TV. There is also an office with a work space desk, counter top with coffee station, bar sink and mini fridge. The suite can be accessed either through the main home off the living room or through an exterior door..
It perfect for family, guests or friends that need a little extra space and privacy.
Our family loves the setup!!
The back yard of the suite is under the shade of a large tree and has an outdoor shower, and table & chairs for morning coffee or afternoon wine :)
Parking for up to 3 cars in tandem is available on the left side of the driveway.
The beach access is adjacent to the side yard. Walk out....turn left....cross the street and you are on the sand :)
Pets are allowed with owner approval. Dogs only...unfortunately no cats.
If an entire week is not in your vacation schedule please email me.......I can accommodate nights needed then block the calendar for a total of 7 nights to comply with Lido Beach rules!
There is a completely independent unit upstairs that is also on VRBO #2389948. It would be a perfect addition rented together with the cottage for a larger family that needs 4 bedrooms and a little extra room.

Our family of four had a wonderful 10 days at this charming cottage. It's cozy and perfect for spending relaxing time together. The entire space was immaculately clean when we arrived. Everything you might need was provided - the kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware, tableware and appliances. We definitely made good use of the air fryer. Plus the gas grill in the large backyard was great for outdoor cooking, with plenty of seating, a fire pit and tiki torches for cocktail hour. Loved the large LG washer and dryer, especially for the length of our stay. There were lots of beach accessories - towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a couple of large wagons to cart everything. Although there wasn't far to go as Lido Beach is literally down a short path and across the street. It's a gorgeous beach and that kind of close access is hard to come by. It was also a 7 minute walk to St Armand's Circle for lovely shopping and terrific restaurants. It's a perfect location for both daytime and nighttime activities. Elisa was a super host in her communication, responding quickly and answering any and all questions. We couldn't be happier with our choice and we would definitely stay here again. We've already recommended it to friends.

This rental surpassed my expectations. My friends and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walkable distance to shops and dinner. Owner was quick to answer my questions. House was charming and the yard with fire pit was spacious. Highly recommend!

Retro chic home, comfortable, loaded with supplies needed for a pleasant stay. Within short walking distance to beach and St. Armand's Circle. While kitchen appliances were up to date, the kitchen "bones" could use some updating. Owner and her husband were only a phone call away for info.

This rental is superb! Convenient to both the beach and circle make it an ideal location. The cottage was well stocked and the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We hope to return.
