About this house rental
LIVNTHADREAM is a beautiful modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests and has everything you need for an enjoyable Yorke Peninsula holiday! Including Wifi!
Spacious open plan living area, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave, Espressotoria Coffee machine ( pods not included), dining table, high chair, lounge with TV, DVD and foosball / 8 ball game table.
Livnthadream is fully air-conditioned with a split system in the main living area and individual split systems in each of the 4 bedrooms, along with ceiling fans fitted to the 2 queen rooms. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, bath, separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine.
Undercover deck area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
Fully fenced yard - safe for the kids.
Garage not for use
PLEASE NOTE: As this property relies on rain water washing of your boat is not permitted
Point Turton has an excellent Tavern, general store with ice, fuel, take away, fresh baked bread and pastries. There is an all weather boat ramp and a jetty for the fishing enthusiasts.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 2 bunks, bed 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 single, bed 4 - queen.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Perfect. This place is our go to whenever we are travelling to Point Turton for work. Ample room, excellent off-street parking for both vehicle and vessel, always clean and well presented. Excellent communication from Accommodation on Yorkes.

Overall Livnthadream was pretty clean and cosy, breakfast bar is nice and spacious and the house is a 10min walk from the beach, we would definitely re book this place! Lots of kid toys in the back room and portacot and highchair which was a plus! Few little minor thing below that may need attention but apart from that was excellent!!! -property was neat & clean-toaster handle is broken but it still worked and did the job-there was an espressotoria coffee machine, make sure you buy the right pods! Minlaton foodland sells them (25min drive) -enough plates/cutlery/cups/glasses and there was a decent amount of pots pans and appliances-dvd players in both lounge room and main bedroom did not work which was slightly disappointing as our kids were looking forward to that-plenty of room for family of 6 and would definitely accomodate another family comfortably -could do with a cordless vacuum, however there was a dustpan and big vacuum-wifi was available and washing machine was great

This was the second year of our stay at Livnthadream. There were only 5 of us staying this time.We love the house and the position suits us. The rain did not help at all. We bought some lightweight tarps with us to stop the wind and rain on the BBQ deck,but we still were not able to use the BBQ. It would be good if drop down blinds were fitted to keep the wind and rain out.
