Located on the 5th floor of the Tower Building, this privately owned condo combines comfort and convenience with a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples trip, or extended beach stay, this beachfront retreat provides the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast.
KITCHEN AND LIVING SPACE
The condo features a bright open living space designed for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy a large 70” TV, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere for gathering with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dining table for six and a dedicated coffee station stocked to kickstart your mornings right. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishes, and essentials for both short and extended stays.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, dual vanities, a private toilet room, walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a dresser, TV, and a large walk-in closet. A full bathroom with vanity, sink, and tub/shower combination is located just outside the second bedroom. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are provided for guest convenience.
AMMENETIES
Guests will find a dedicated beach closet near the entry stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easy to enjoy long days on Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes six plush beach and pool towels for guest use.
Laundry facilities are conveniently located just across the hall and are operated via a prepaid card available through the onsite office.
Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club also offers a full resort-style experience with beautifully maintained tropical grounds and amenities including:

We had an absolutely amazing experience! Communication ahead of check in and all the way through check out was phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better unit for our family of 5. It had everything we needed, including a pack n play for our 1 year old which was a huge plus not having to bring on a flight. We spent most of our days going between the pools and beach, which were all great! We also took arrange of the fitness center onsite. The trolley stop right outside the main entrance was a huge plus that we weren’t expecting. We couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely return!

We had absolutely amazing experience staying a week in Siesta Key. The condo was very inviting, clean and well appointed. Beach supplies and beach towels were provided by owners. Can't beat the location, just steps away from the private beach and amazing pools. And the ocean view from the little reading nook was stunning , we enjoyed reading books ( provided by owners) and gazing at the ocean. Laundry was right across the hallway, ample parking space. Highly recommend this property . We can't wait to come back .Thank you Lisa.

Location is everything. This Has it all walking steps for 2 pools and the ocean. Had everything you could ask for at the tip of your fingers. Comfortable beds, nice water pressure, cold fridge, perfect indoor climate. Also everything you could need Highly recommend it. If relaxing at the beach Is a priority.Will rent again next year

The condo and facility were beautiful! Clean, with 2 pools and right on the beach. Easy to travel to siesta village. Lisa, the owner, was very welcoming and quick in responding. We would definitely return to this unit if ever in Siesta Key again. Thanks, Lisa!
