This beautiful high floor unit has expansive water views with nightly sunsets from the screened in lanai. the lanai can be closed to the outdoor elements allowing for year round enjoyment. Tile throughout the condo and recliners and work space in the living room. Living room is equipped with a large Smart TV, and televisions in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king size mattress and newly renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Washer and dryer in the condo. Sleeps 4

We had a small issue on the day of check-in when Kelly called to let us know there was a problem with the apartment we originally booked. However, she handled the situation quickly and professionally by emailing us several great alternative options to choose from.
The apartment we selected turned out to be excellent — modern and fresh appliances, very clean, comfortable balcony, and nice flooring throughout the apartment. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
The reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the washing machine and dryer were placed in the kitchen and were quite noisy. Also, there were mirrors everywhere on the walls, which felt a bit excessive and could probably have been skipped.
Still, the service was great overall, and a big thank you to Kelly 😊This was our third stay and we are looking forward to our next visit!

From the moment you walk in be impressed how clean & tidy this unit was. So well appointed and comfortable & tasteful furnishings with a beautiful view & awesome sunsets. Every convenience item in the kitchen available and the bathroom luxury appointments were so nice as well as amazing bedding & mattress comfort. Quiet and relaxing location with a private smaller beach and the pool area was perfect. Easy access to the causeway to Sanibel and short distance to other areas for shopping, entertainment, & restaurants. If your looking for a quiet and relaxing place as we were for a 44th anniversary trip this one exceeded our expectations.

Staff was immediately attentive of anything that needed a repair or adjustment. Staff followed up to see if things were repaired/adjusted to satisfaction, just once, which was perfect. Staff was pleasant. The apartment, dishes, pots/pans, bedding, mirrors, etc. appeared very very clean, that was reassuring. Thank you! Rob Stahler
