Well kept, tidy apartment within quick walks from tube and bus stations. Nicely equipped kitchen, with coffeemaker and teakettle. Easy to fix breakfast and clean up with dishes in the dishwasher before heading out to see the London sights. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Towles were large and fluffy and complementary toiletries were provided.

A mixed review.Pros:- Location was good- Lots of space- Host was very responsiveCons:- No welcome book or guide, requiring having to message host about wifi, garbage bags, etc- Entry way was dingy- Requires lots of steep stairs to access space- Flat wasn't especially clean, including bathrooms and kitchen counters- No smoke detectors- Entering and exiting the master bathroom tub was difficult given positioning of toilet and glass.; probably impossible for an elderly person- Common areas had motion detector lights, which resulted in unwanted bright lights shining into bedrooms during the night
