Welcome to Serenity at Harbor Lake, your serene retreat nestled in the heart of Smithville, MO. This peaceful short-term rental offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Harbor Lakes community. Relax and rejuvenate in this idyllic setting, where the gentle sounds of nature and picturesque views of the neighborhood lake create a truly calming atmosphere. Experience serenity like never before at Serenity at Harbor Lake.
I am available seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.
Harbor Lake Subdivision offers residents and visitors alike a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The neighborhood's well-maintained streets, lush greenery, and serene atmosphere create a welcoming environment for leisurely strolls and outdoor activities.
The highlight of Harbor Lake Subdivision is its captivating walking trail that meanders around the perimeter of the small, but glistening lake. This scenic pathway provides an opportunity for residents to immerse themselves in nature's beauty while enjoying panoramic views of the tranquil waters and surrounding landscape.
Please note: The Harbor Lake HOA does not allow trailers or commercial vehicles with any lettering on them. There is a maximum of six vehicles allowed at the home - two in the garage, and four in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed at our home. That is our way of being a good neighbor to the families around us. If you have a trailer, please park it in the garage. If it won't fit in a two-car garage, please message us for other arrangements. If we are assessed a fine from the HOA for violating these rules, we will request reimbursement from you.
We have other homes available in Smithville with less strict rules.

Home was just like posted, very comfortable, inviting and clean. Perfect for our family get-a-way in the area. Rob was great and very responsive... also offered great options for food. If we are in the area again, will definitely look up this location again!

Overall, house was nice and appeared clean. However the A/C unit could not keep up and the house was humid and musty smelling. Notified owner about a/c, but wasn't able to be repaired before we left.
