Planning our trip to Miami was a breeze. All messages were responded to almost immediately. Check-in and out were super easy. Top-notch communication. The backyard was a dream. Our only suggestion would be to add a TV in the backyard and a few more towels to the bathrooms. We enjoyed every minute.

Host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. The home is decorated nicely and could use some updates. The spa does not get warm enough to go into it.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much! We suggested a few repairs/additions to our host, but we loved the spaciousness, comfort, amenities, the game room, and the "detached" bedroom off the pool for a teenager haven from the little kids was enjoyed by our 16 year old. The location was very convenient to the Palmetto/Turnpike and to grocery store, drug store, and frozen yogurt! Check-in was very easy; a checkout checklist of instructions would be helpful in the future. Yadiel, the host, answered our questions in a very timely manner. We hope to stay at the "Sunset Retreat" again in the future.

Unfortunately we were told a day before our stay that the jacuzzi and the dishwasher is not working. There was nobody to check-in and explain anything.
