It was a nice spacious apartment, in a convenient location, and within walking distance to so many things to do.

The location was absolutely perfect for us in the city, we were able to have family in after the St Patrick's day parade for coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the kids.... much better than in a coffee shop... the extra bedroom came in handy with our grandson at nap time.... over all an excellent choice for our stay in Derry.... Looking forward to visiting again.

The unit was clean, and the location was very convenient to the city center. We were able to park in the provided lot and walk to everything we wanted to see. The location was also quiet for sleeping. However, the beds and pillows were not comfortable. One of the beds had an annoying squeak whenever you moved, and the mattresses were not great. Since a restful night’s sleep wasn’t really possible, I can’t rate this unit any higher. Replacement of the beds is all that is needed for it to be a very good unit. Note that a Tesco is right across the street to pick up anything you may have forgotten.
