Ruth went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we really appreciated her hospitality and communication throughout our trip. The place was clean, safe, and definitely doable for the price. The front porch was one of our favorite parts of the stay! We didn’t end up using the back porch much, but it was nice to have the option.A few things were a little different than expected from the photos, and the entrance setup was unique, but we always felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The WiFi worked great, which was a huge plus, and the air conditioner was absolutely necessary for us — especially coming from out of town. It was very hot inside when we first checked in on the first day, so we ended up using the AC the entire stay to stay comfortable, even though locals may not consider the weather too hot.Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated all the effort Ruth put into making sure we enjoyed our trip.

1 extra star for the hospitality and response time of our host. They were flexible with our arrival and departure which was greatly appreciatedUnfortunately The studio wasn’t very clean. And felt overall not kept up with well. The listing also felt misleading with the number of beds available and the distance from desirable areas. (There was one main bed and 2 small couches, one of which being in a semi outdoor area.)Overall a kind host, but not really worth the money spent.
